While speaking with Ottasolo FC media, Gabriel Davies disclosed why he has come back to Nigeria to establish a formidable Football Academy

“I love the game and I want to see young players who have committed their future and live to the game to thrive.

“Ottasolo FC is basically established to nurture young players and pave the way to stardom for them. It has been my dream since I was young to give back to the society that gave me the platform to thrive, that’s the reason while Ottasolo Academy was established.

“The plans to establish the Academy have been on the ground even before I returned to Nigeria and I thank God that the dream have finally become a reality.

Speaking on his team’s participation at the Governor Wike’s Tournament he said

“We have been working on the team for some time now and since we are not partaking in any Nigeria league, we see Governor Wike’s tourney as an avenue to checkmate the little effort we have put in by playing against stronger opponents that have registered for the competition. Also, it is an avenue for people to know about us and get to see some quality players in our ranks.

“People should watch out for Ottasolo FC as we have young and experienced players who have NPFL experience that can shock the so-called big teams. The proprietor concluded

NPFL players such as Dominic Abba, Ebenezer Odeyemi, Solomon Onome, Eric Gwammy are amongst the experienced players in the ranks of Ottasolo FC.

Ottasolo FC have been grouped alongside Rivers United, Lobi Stars, Akwa United, and Cynosure FC in Group A.
