Goals, Grit and Young Stars Shine Bright on Matchday 3 of Femmco Championship

Matchday 3 of the 2026 Femmco Football Championship delivered another exciting round of grassroots football action at the NUD Playing Ground in Olose, Ifo, with young talents showcasing skill, determination, and competitive spirit across the U10 and U13 categories.

In the U10 division, Okeola Concord FC and Solace FA played out a balanced 1-1 draw in a tightly contested encounter. Imariagbe Destiny gave Okeola Concord the lead, but Badmus Musa responded for Solace FA to ensure both sides shared the spoils.

Young Gunners secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Dominion Football Academy, with Hammed Mohammed netting the decisive goal in a closely fought game.
Meanwhile, Dominion Star edged Young Borax 1-0, thanks to a solitary strike from Idowu Muhaz, as they continued their steady run in the competition.

The U13 category produced even more drama, with goals flowing in both fixtures. Apakose FSA and Musty FC played out an entertaining 2-2 draw. Oluwo Uthman and Oladejo Emmanuel were on target for Apakose, while Musty FC responded through Olohunoje Afeez and AbdulRasaq Quoyum in a game filled with attacking intent.

In another thrilling contest, Dominion Football Academy were held to a 2-2 draw by Great Star. Wisdom Azeez and Rasheed found the net for Dominion FA, but the standout performer was Oyejide Al’Ameen, whose brace ensured Great Star earned a share of the points.

Matchday 3 once again highlighted the depth of talent on display at the Femmco Championship, with young players stepping up and delivering impressive performances.
