The two sides face separate semi-final tests on Wednesday, April 22nd, at the Kwale Township Stadium.

Sapele Lions open the day against Morak FC at 10:00am. It promises to be a stern examination for the Lions, who played out a goalless draw when both teams last met on May 1st, 2025, in the Nigeria Nationwide League One, NLO1.

Later, at 12 noon, Warri Wolves take on Tellectual FC. The Wolves edged Lord Honour 1-0 to reach this stage, while Tellectual booked their spot after outlasting Go-Pro FC on penalties following a 2-2 draw. This semi-final marks the first time both clubs will clash in a major competition.

The 2026 Delta State Football Association Cup, sponsored by Arthur Ferdinand Engineering, will climax on Sunday, April 26th, with the final at the Southern Delta University pitch in Ozoro, scheduled for 12 noon.

Before the main event, retired Nigeria national team players will feature in a novelty curtain-raiser at 10:00am.
