Rasheedat Ajibade’s Visit To Jos Continues Gaining Accolades, As Falcons’ Captain’s Gestures Shake Social Media

Paris-Saint Germain Feminine of France winger, Rasheedat Ajibade continues receiving accolades for her recent trip to Plateau State, where she boosted a number of football teams in the capital, Jos, and visited the governor, Caleb Muftwang.

Sports247 reports that ‘The Lady With Blue Hair’ pulled off a major shock in the annals of Nigerian football, as she stepped out of her ancestral zone in the south-west to touch hidden talents and kids in The Middle Belt.

Ajibade, who previously played for FC Robo of Lagos, Alvadnes of Norway and Atletico Madrid of Spain, distributed football kit and cash to young players at a number of clubs in Jos, where she encouraged both male and female talents.

The gestures, which were done under the aegis of Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation, are still drawing rave reviews across social media, where officials of her project and some beneficiaries of the star’s generosity are reeling out superlatives for her.

A post on the body’s Facebook page disclosed that the Nigerian women’s national team captain’s trip to the north-central region was a symbolic move to identify with a larger array of hidden talents in the country and break all ethnic barriers.

“Super Falcons’ captain Rasheedat Ajibade paid an official visit to Plateau United Queens in Jos with members of her foundation. She spoke to the girls, shared her story, and encouraged them to keep chasing their football dreams,” the post read.

The foundation’s message further pointed out that Ajibade is supporting untapped and hidden talents to get their breakthrough from the grassroots up to national and global levels, then posited: “What a great impact mode ON for women football!.”

One of many comments revealed a personal impact from the visit, as ochanyaballer disclosed, “From TV screen to our pitch. Super Falcon Captain Rasheedat Ajibadah visited us today, Momma, I received your grace.”

The post by ochanyaballer added expectations of both collective and personal impacts, stating: “This is proof Jos girls belong on the world stage. Watch me. I’m next💚 #superfalcons #rasheedatajibadefoundation #grasstograce #future9.”

Sports247 reports that Ajibade’s trip to Jos is an additional psychological boost for favour, as she gets set to captain Nigeria’s Super Falcons in search of a record-extending 11th title at the 2026 African Women’s Cup of Nations from July to August.
