“Nasarawa came. They gave us a good fight, though. I wouldn’t say we are disappointed. Nasarawa, they’ve been there for years. We just came in, it was a good fight. I think that we’ve learned from that,” she reflected. Looking ahead, Coach Asak conveyed the team’s determination to prepare meticulously for the rematch with Nasarawa Amazons in the second round.
