Nottingham Forest Rekindles Emmanuel Dennis Interest As They Aim For Permanent EPL Stay

Newly promoted championship side, Nottingham Forest are keen to confirm permanent EPL status as they rekindle their interest in Watford’s striker, Emmanuel Dennis.

Steve Cooper’s side lost their first game of the English topflight season 2-0 away to a rejuvenated Newcastle united side having already spent an excess of £85 million on new players.

The official transfer market window closes on September 1 and are keen to add more players into their ranks with a particular interest in the Nigerian international who was relegated with Watford last season.

Dennis scored 10 Premier League goals for Watford despite their relegation last season and his pace and versatility suit what Forest wants to bring to their front line.

However, a number of clubs including Everton and Villarreal have been credited with an interest in the 24-year-old.

Watford have also attached a £25million price tag to their star striker as they look to bounce back to the Premier League following their relegation from the top flight.
