Kwara Adorable Angels and Benue Queens have gain have promotion into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier and also qualified into the final of the National Division One Handball Championship which is ongoing.
In the women semi final matches decided at the Muritala Muhammad Square in Kaduna, championship favourite, Kwara Adorable Angels who have had an 100% performance in the championship so far, comfortably defeated Delta Force 42-29 to book their place in the final.
In the other women semi final, Benue Queen played the game of their lives as they slimly defeated Confluence Queens 20-19 to gain promotion into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League.
In the men semi final, Delta Force had to force a slim 25-24 victory over Police Machine to get a well deserved promotion into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League and into the final of the National Division One Handball Championship.
They will slug it out against Confluence Stars who, in the other semi final game, had it easy as they defeated Bayelsa United 29-16 to gain promotion into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League.
Meanwhile, Delta Force will play Confluence Queen in the women third place match while Police Machine will play Bayelsa United in the men third place match.
