KG Sports Rising Star Lands In Bahrain, Seeking For Green Light

KG Sports Academy Rising star Monday Emmanuel has landed in Bahrain in search of greener pasture. The 19 Year old Striker who was part of the founding members of KG Sports Academy Agbor in 2019 when he joined the Academy as a 15 year old is hoping to take his career further in the oil rich Middle East country.
“I am grateful to God for bringing me here and thanks to KG Sports Academy who introduced me to football, I hope to make my dream come true of becoming a professional footballer soon” he said.

KG Sports Director lauded the player’s perseverance especially in the face of hostilities to want to become successful.

“Emmanuel is a determined kid, when he joined KG just before finishing his SSS3 program in Agbor, he was often mocked by his teammates but l saw the potential in him and gave him a chance to grow” Dr Ken Gadaffi stated

“He is tall, lanky and has passion for the game, what he lacked then was the agility and sharpness of a good striker which l believe can be worked on and now that he is in a country where he can develop more, the sky is the limit” the amicable Sports Administrator enthused.

Monday Emmanuel is currently in search of a club or Academy to horn his talents and Gadaffi believes in no time he will be able to tie down a contract.

“He is still young, he just arrived Bahrain and the window is not yet opened. we are looking to get him a loan deal considering his age and in Bahrain most clubs are looking mainly for established players, Monday needs time to settle but the good thing really is he is in a country where he can actualize his dreams.

KG Sports recently brokered the move of Ugwuoke Pascal to Thailand and the 24 Year old has started training ahead of the Thai season coming up soon.

“We are trying to give these players a good start, not many people look towards Asia football but seriously its getting really better and competitive there” says Dr Ken Gadaffi who has spent over 2 decades in South East Asia developing Grassroots Football.
