INCONCLUSIVE DRAWS: NNL SETS TO HOLD ANOTHER DRAWS ON FRIDAY

The Management of Nigeria National League ,NNL on Tuesday announced for the second time their readiness to hold another round of fresh draw for the 2018/2019 season on Friday 5th of April 2019 in Abuja, sports247.ng reports.

The Media Director of the club, Amar Ignis who made this known to sports247.ng said “all clubs have been invited for the latest crucial draw which will see the earlier four(4) abridged division expanded to eight(8) groups”

This is sequel to the decision of the Nigeria Football Federation,NFF,Football Committee in Lagos Sunday to now extend the groupings from 4 to 8 for the season, after critically examining the situations in the NNL in tandem with domestic football calendar from the NFF, the African soccer governing body -CAF and that of the World ruling body -FIFA.

The new draw has been fixed for the NERA Hotels in Jabi area of Abuja and will start by 6PM,to further determine the new eight groupings.

Sports247.ng reliably informed the rancor and near fracas that erupted the last draws in Abuja where some Club managers alleged the board of lumping some big Clubs in some groups while other groups appear less competitive.
