Heart Of Lion Football Academy of Igando-Ikotun, Lagos have sent out a passionate appeal for corporate sponsorship of their proposed summer training camp at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State.
Sports247 reports that the forthcoming summer camp, which will be staged in conjunction with Ikenne-based Bobby’s Football Academy, has been planned for a while and is now scheduled to commence a day after this year’s long holiday begins on July 18th.

Heart of Lion founder and coach, Azeez Azeez told Sports247 that, while the team is gathering funds internally among their players, they still need far-reaching support from football loving corporate bodies, who he promised will gain immense publicity from backing the squad.
The experienced tactician, who is a key member of Alimosho Football Coaches Association, added that his team will need corporate assistance in terms of transport, medical needs, feeding and accommodation of the players during their stay in Ikenne, which is expected to last two weeks.
The gaffer, who is fondly called ‘Coach Nigeria’ by his colleagues, added: “We are contributing money for the camp and I believe we will definitely make the journey in the middle of this month, by God’s grace.
“We also hope that we can see corporate support for accommodation, feeding and transportation.
“We will also appreciate donations from people who love football, former footballers and parents of our players.”
