The Team Manager of Rangers International Football Club of Enugu Barr. Amobi Ezeaku on behalf of the Board, Management, the government and people of Enugu State led by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has received the visiting team of Bantu FC of Lesotho at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu on Friday.
The team appreciated the reception accorded them at the Airport and promised to play according to the rules of Football game. The team was subsequently led to their hotel of accommodation.
Meanwhile “Ndi Enugu ” are expected to troupe out in numbers to watch the match scheduled between Rangers International Football Club of Enugu and the Bantu FC of Lesotho on Sunday 20th January at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu by 4pm and cheer Rangers to victory. In the first leg in Lesotho, Rangers won with 2 goals to 1(1 -0 aggregate).
Winner of the match will qualify for CAF Confederation Cup group stage of 16 teams in 2018/2019 Total/CAF Confederation Cup season.
