President of the Basketball Africa League, Amadou Gallo Fall, has praised the rapid growth of basketball across the continent following the conclusion of the Sahara Conference of the 2026 BAL season.

Speaking on the development of the competition, Gallo Fall highlighted the impact the league has already had in expanding the visibility and standard of basketball in Africa.
