Pouring out his grievances is the Katsina United midfielder Destiny Ashadi who expresses his displeasure their third consecutive loss at the 2018 Ahlan Cup preseason tournament in Kano.
The midfielder, who was part of the Nigerian CHAN team to the WAFU championship in Ghana last year told 9jagooty that his team are in a race against time as the new season approaches.
He said, Nobody happily enjoys defeat with such a performance so far.
To worsen the matter losing our third game shows something is wrong somewhere.
Even though this is our first time together as a group and our first preseason games, we have no excuse whatsoever to justify our failure and bad performances.
We need to try and get ourselves together as a team and do the needful fast before such performances have a grip on us.
The old and new players have to get along and find a way to play as a team head of the new season .
Though i am bittered about the failure, but i still believe that we can still play better and get our fitness back before the season starts.
