Afelokhai Keeps Mum On Future With Enyimba

Enyimba of Aba goalkeeper, Theophilus Afelokhai is keeping sealed lips on details of his future with The Peoples’ Elephant, as he says he is now on holiday and will not talk about any transfer for now.

 

Amidst speculations of interests in his signature from several clubs at home and abroad, the former Kano Pillars shot-stopper admitted he is aware of efforts by other teams to get him, but refused to make any categorical comment on his next port of call.

Sports247.ng gathered that aside links with Plateau United, Akwa United, Plateau United and Rangers International, Kano Pillars have also made efforts to get Afelokhai back, but the inform keeping is not in a hurry to confirm what his choice would be.

Afelokhai declared: “l am aware of some offers, and discussion is on with my agent.

“Before the end of next week, I think, I would have a conclusive mind to where I will be playing next season.

“I am on holiday at the moment with my family in Kaduna after an hectic season, coupled with the CAF Confederation Cup.

“I need consistency because it is one of the virtues that has kept me going right from 2004 when I started keeping in the NPFL.”
