Nigerian-born winger, Ethan Nwaneri is looking at the possibility of staying on longer on loan at Borussia Dortmund of Germany, instead of returning to Emirates Stadium at the end of this season, as he did last time out from Olympique Marseille of France.
Sports247 rports that that there is no option for Dortmund to buy the youngster at the end of his loan term in the Bundesliga, but Nwaneri is keen on staying put at BVB, as he hopes to follow in the footsteps of other British players who excelled at the club.

The 19-year-old Nwaneri is aiming to join Jadon Sancho, Jude Bellingham and Jamie Gittens on the list of English youngsters who blossomed during their time with Dortmund, as the latest lad on the block hopes to twinkle on loan during the unfolding season.
However, Nwaneri may also have to consider how to make an impact back at Arsenal while excelling during his time in Germany, as The Gunners have an option to recall him in January, with Mikel Arteta seemingly leaving the door open for the crafty winger.
A report by Sky Sports Germany adds that the deal includes an option to recall Nwaneri in January, if Arteta is struggling with squad injuries or the Spaniard decides the lad’s form deserves a shot at Arsenal in the second half of the campaign.
Sports247 reports further that Nwaneri got his Dortmund debut as a 32nd minute substitute in their 3-2 win away to TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday; a good starting point for the teenager, who initially looked set for a glorious future at Arsenal.
He still holds a historic record as the youngest player to feature for any club in English Premier League’s annals, following his senior debut with The Gunners four years ago against Brentford – at the age of just 15 years and 181 days old.
