Dos Santos stormed to victory in a meeting-record time of 46.70 seconds, leaving the rest of the field trailing by more than a second. His commanding display underlined his status as one of the leading forces in the 400m hurdles.
American Trevor Bassitt finished a distant second in 48.03 seconds, more than 1.3 seconds behind the Brazilian winner, while Nathaniel crossed the line in eighth position with his 48.37-second effort.
