Two Nigerian-born players, Ife Ibrahim and Andre Harriman-Annous have been named among five of the most promising youngsters currently growing through the ranks at Arsenal of England, Sports247 reports.
Ibrahim and Harriman-Annous rank high on the roll call of the five whiz-kids, who have been tipped to take after Bukayo Saka and Ethan Nwaneri as the next set of lads to shake the English Premier League.

Harriman-Annous was born in Barnet, London to a Nigerian mother and Ghanaian father, but he did not start his football journey at Arsenal, as he first played for the local club, Whetstone Wanderers.
He then spent a year in the pre-academy of The Gunners’ most-dreaded North London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur at the age of seven, before eventually moving across the street to join Arsenal’s academy in 2016.
On the other hand, Ifeoluwa David Ibrahim joined Arsenal at the age of seven and signed his first professional contract with the club on January 27th, 2026, then got his debut the next day as a substitute in a UEFA Champions League clash with FC Kairat.
Ibrahim is of Nigerian descent, but he is already a youth international for England, with his first junior cap coming for his country of birth’s under-18 squad in October last year.
Citations for both Nigerian-born youngsters by UK’s SunSport Arsenal reporter, Joshua Hall noted in part, “Harriman-Annous is an exciting forward prospect emerging out of Hale End.
“He is often played on the wing, but is also able to play through the middle and has a serious eye for goal. The 18-year-old has scored four goals and registered one assist in 14 Premier League 2 appearances this season.
“Ibrahim breaks up play, has an eye for a splitting pass and can be hard to dispossess. A lanky, but incredibly strong and technically gifted defensive midfielder, it is impossible not to liken Ibrahim to Abou Diaby.”
