2023/24 NPFL: Christian Nwoke Eyeing Top Four Finish As He Enjoins Teammates Maximum Concentration

Christian Nwoke, Sporting Lagos goalkeeper is eyeing a top-four finish alongside a continental ticket for his side following a perfect debut in the 2023/24 NPFL campaign after picking up maximum points in the 2-0 home win against Gombe United yesterday.

The former Giant Brillars safe hands beckoned on his teammates to keep their heads up high and not lose their concentration despite a winning start as there is still so much to play for, Sports247.ng writes.

Assessing the team’s preparation prior to the game which has given them the much-needed result, the former 36 Lion said – “the preparation has not been easy because we just got promoted, a lot of pressure will be on us as it is our first league match but we were able to win with a clean sheet as we look forward to our second match away and hopefully, we will be able to perform well than this”.
