Wilder Wants Two Fights With Joshua – Fury

Nigerian-born British world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Olaseni Oluwafemi Joshua may be in line to battle American rival, Deontay Wilder in two top-notch unification fights, should he agree terms with the opposing camp.

This is the verdict of Joshua’s British compatriot, Tyson Fury, who sports247.ng gathered is putting an uncanny interest in the unfolding saga between his fellow-Brit pugilist and Wilder.

However, Fury is also insinuating that Joshua’s camp are evading Wilder, as he says ‘AJ’ and his mentors are holding out for a bigger payday, which is stalling agreements on the much-awaited bout.

Fury disclosed further that Joshua turned down an $80m offer for two fights with Wilder.

Fury, who has a showdown with Wilder in December, said he and his lawyer saw details of the offer from a prominent boxing promoter, Al Haymon.

Fury declared: “I know some quite close details on that and my lawyer, Robert Davis, he saw proof of funds from Al Haymon.

“The details are: Wilder’s team offered Joshua’s team $80 million for a two-fight deal.

“$50 million for the first fight and $30 million for the rematch if Joshua lost. And they declined that
“So Eddie Hearn and his chum buddies can say all this, that and the other. But I know the truth because proof of funds was seen.”
