We can’t afford to slip up in Aiteo Cup final

Enugu Rangers captain Okey Odita believes that his side cannot go this far only to lose in the final of the Aiteo Cup when they take to the pitch against Kano Pillars.
Speaking ahead of the match at the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Wednesday, the ageless central defender said his team have been well motivated and stressed that it’s a normal thing to get such largesse ahead of very important game.
He enthused that no one will have any advantage based on promises but on the team’s resolve to play and determination to win.
“We have come a long way in the competition and have one more game to make names for ourselves. We are battle ready for Kano Pillars,” the evergreen defender told Sports247.ng.
“This is the time for us to show that we deserve to be in the final. We have earned the right to be here. We won’t miss the chance to make our supporters happy.”
“Enugu State government have motivated us for the game. It’s a normal thing for the team. We are ready.”
The final will kickoff at 4:30pm. Venue is the Stephen Keshi Stadium.
