Stars don’t fall from heaven, they are made hence why it’s not such a big surprise that Victor Osimhen was once a student at Olusosun Primary School, beneficiary of the Rotary Club of Ikeja Alausa benevolent act.

Rotary Club of Ikeja Alausa Led by Imaginative President Tonna Ofuasia has delivered massive 4 in 1 projects for Olusosun Primary School in Oregun Lagos which includes a fully equipped vocational training centre, well structured and quipped ICT centre alongside a theory lecture room.

There were some renovation works with a block of classrooms where the newly established vocational centre sits repainted.

Imaginative President Ofuasa, the Charter President of the club, Rotarian Prince Aseperi as well as other members of the club led Imaginative District Governor Omotunde Lawson, FCAI to the school earlier in the day upon her official visit to the club for proper commissioning of the projects.

The DG who was astonished at the massive project the club which is just two years old has carried out, commended the club while admonishing the school management to put the donation into good use.

She further advised that the ICT class should also be made available to other primary school level members of the community who are not students of the school.

In her words, “This is the biggest project I have commissioned this Rotary year”.

The Head Mistress of the School, Mrs Eunice Fagbemi assured everyone present that adequate care will be given to the donated items, adding that the school will put it into proper use for the benefit of the students.

Also witnessing this laudable project was the His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olukunmi Olusesan Akingbola Ikudoro, the HOS, School Support, Mrs Ajetumobi representing the Educational Secretary of Ikeja LGA, Comrade Amusu Akeem, as well as the Immediate Past Chairman of NUT, Ikeja, Mr Alase.
