It was a share of the spoils, no goals scored and none conceded as Emmydinho FC took on Iganmu FC in the 2022 TCC League opener in Ikenne, Ogun State.
The result may not have been pleasing to both managers but it maintains a clean slate on the table and the coach Emmydinho reflects on the performance he says he’s not impressed with.
“I’m not really pleased with the game. I was expecting much more from the players than they gave but we’ve seen our errors and we’ll work on them to give a better performance in the next game,” coach Emmanuel Ayeni told Sports247.
“It was a good game, although we didn’t perform too well, we tried our best and we’ll try to do better in the next game,” Emmydinho’s Ayeni added.
