“We are ready for the task ahead. Everyone is determined to win medals and make TASUED proud. All our athletes have trained hard, and we’re fully prepared to represent the school as good ambassadors,” Ramot said.

TASUED will be competing in four major events — Athletics, Men’s Volleyball, Tennis (Singles and Mixed Doubles), and Taekwondo — as they look to make a strong impression at the Games hosted by the University of Jos.

Adding his voice, Marvelous Ohayaba, captain of the Athletics team, also highlighted the team’s readiness and high spirit heading into the championship.

“Our athletes are in top shape and fully focused on the Games. We’ve put in a lot of hard work, and our goal is to return with medals for TASUED,” Ohayaba stated.

The 27th edition of the NUGA Games promises to bring together universities from across Nigeria in a celebration of sporting excellence, teamwork, and youth development, with TASUED determined to make its mark on the national stage.
