Switzerland-based Nigerian coach Adeyemi Anthony Adedeji has reaffirmed his commitment to continuous professional development by participating in a high-level coaching refresher course organized by the Swiss Football Association.

The UEFA B Licensed coach, who boasts over a decade of experience across youth and senior football in Europe, took part in the Module Fortbildung Leiter/in 2025/2026 – J+S Leaders (Performance Sport) programme.
The course is part of Switzerland’s structured coaching education framework aimed at improving performance-level football standards.
The two day course module slated for Friday and Saturday March 27, and 28, 2026, at Sportanlage Dürrbach in Wangen ZH, will take participants through intensive training module which combines both theoretical and practical learning.
Friday session began early in the morning, with participants fully engaged in a comprehensive schedule designed to sharpen modern coaching techniques.
The programme, organized by the Swiss FA, focused on strengthening the competencies of coaches, enhancing tactical and methodological approaches, and aligning participants with national and international best practices in football development.
Expert instructors Pascal Humbel and Sandro Chieffo led the sessions, guiding attendees through classroom discussions, on-field drills, and interactive coaching analysis.
The hands-on structure ensured that participants not only absorbed knowledge but also applied it in practical scenarios.
Adedeji’s participation underscores his dedication to growth and excellence in coaching.
Having previously handled roles at Swiss lower-division clubs including FC Witikon and FC Gossau,

Nigerian tactician continues to build on his experience while maintaining strong ties to grassroots football development.
