Super Sand Eagles Coach Wants To Open Camp

Nigeria’s beach soccer national team, Super Sand Eagles coach, Audu Adamu (aka Ejo) has declared that he wants to quickly open camp, ahead of the forthcoming African championship.

As the date for the African Beach Soccer Cup of Nations in Egypt draws nearer, ‘Ejo’ told sports247.ng that the team need a few weeks of camping to perfect their strategies.

Adamu stated further that, once he can have the players under one roof at an earmarked training camp, they will be ready to take on any opponent at the championship.

While harping on the need for proper preparation towards the impending continental event, Adamu also called on Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to approve his programme.

He stressed: “They should quickly call us to camp. The players are all already looking forward to the camp and they are ready to work.

“We are all just anticipating and waiting to hear the official directive, like a pronouncement to that effect.”
