Boni, regarded as a combative and intelligent midfielder, joins the People’s Elephant to add depth and quality to their engine room.
His versatility allows him to operate in multiple roles across the midfield, offering Enyimba tactical flexibility.
A right-footed central midfielder, the Hellenic product is comfortable playing as a box-to-box number eight or in a more defensive role.
When deployed as a pivot—either as a lone holder or in a double pivot—Boni is known for maintaining positional discipline and occupying central spaces effectively.
The former Kwara United midfielder was included in Enyimba’s matchday squad for the midweek NPFL fixture against Nasarawa United in Lafia, although he did not feature in the encounter.
Boni is expected to make his competitive debut for Enyimba when they face Bayelsa United on Sunday, as he continues to settle into his new surroundings in Aba.
