Nigeria Scrabble Federation (NSF) president, Suleiman Gora has sent an appeal to the Federal Ministry of Youth & Sports for equality in the rate at which funds are distributed to all bodies under it.
Gora said in a chat with sports247.ng that he wants the ministry to be just and fair in their dealings with each sports federation, especially in their redistribution of whatever accrues to each.
He noted: “We are not comfortable with the current manner in which funds and dividends are being distributed among the sports federations.
“Things need to be done with equity and fairness but, at present, we are getting frustrated with the ministry’s poor handling of issues.
“For instance, we are the scrabble federation are being neglected and mostly overlooked. This is even taking a toll pf my own personal health.”
