The former Golden Eaglets star who was a member of the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup winning team in Chile where he was adjudged as the third best player.

The young player is expected to be in the Super Eagles team for the AFCON in Egypt but is also being considered for the Nigeria U-20 side who will participate in the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland between May 23 and June 15, 2019.

Flying Eagles coach Paul Aigbogun is doing everything possible to lure Samu into his squad as he is still within the age limit in a bid to add a bit of star dust to the Flying Eagles squad.
