Nigeria Premier Football League champions Remo Stars have officially announced the appointment of Olumide Ajibolade as the club’s new head coach.
Ajibolade takes over after establishing himself as one of the most respected coaches within the Remo Stars Sports Club structure, earning widespread recognition for his achievements in youth development and team management.
His journey with the club began in 2019 when he was appointed head coach of the Remo Stars Academy U-17 team under the Remo Stars Sports Club project.
Following the creation of Beyond Limits Football Academy in 2021, Ajibolade was entrusted with leading the team and has since transformed it into one of Nigeria’s most successful football development programmes.
Under his leadership, Beyond Limits FC gained a reputation for nurturing young talents while achieving remarkable success on the pitch, reinforcing the club’s philosophy of combining player development with competitive excellence.
His promotion to the Remo Stars first team represents the club’s continued commitment to rewarding excellence from within its football development system.
Ajibolade now faces the challenge of leading the NPFL champions as they prepare to defend their league title and compete in continental football, with expectations high following the club’s historic success in recent seasons.
