Patricia George Releases First Freestyle Music Since Retirement From Football

Former Super Falcons star, Patricia George has released her first freestyle music since announcing her retirement from football in 2021.

Back in 2022, the former Fenerbache forward announced her decision for the untimely retirement in a big shock to the sporting world.

Following their retirement, she ventured into music and has since gone on to keep working on her newfound career, she has now released a rap freestyle with the stage name ‘Patty P’.

The American-born Nigerian footballer announced her retirement from football on Sunday, January 29, 2023, only 26 years old, due to personal reasons.

She posted a message on her official social media platforms to inform the football world about her decision in a post which read;

‘First, I would like to thank Fenerbache for the opportunity! About a month ago we came to an agreement to part ways and allow me to do my rehab at home.”

“With that being said I would like to let everyone know that I’ve decided to hang my soccer cleats up for at least this year and take a full break from playing soccer.”

“It’s not a decision I made lightly but a decision that I know is right for me and my spirit.”

“I Haven’t fully decided if I will try to make a comeback next year. But right now I’m following my heart.”

“And my heart is telling me to step away. Soccer has always been my identity so now I’m soul searching and finding myself outside of the game.”

“Thank you, everyone, for all the support, I’ve always appreciated all the love and positivity you guys send my way,” the post ended with a playful emoji.
