President of Ottasolo FC, Otunba Gabriel Davies has stated his desire and plan to do much more than he currently for the team all round in terms of support and welfare Sports247 reports.
The President told Sports247 that despite the club not being in the position where they desire he still promises to ensure the players and staff have a better welfare package going into the second round of the season.
“I have to commend the effort of the team in the first round. It definitely wasn’t easy I can’t tell,” Otunba said. “I am assuring the players and technical crew of a better welfare package as we go into the second round of the league,” he added.
Ottasolo FC sit in twelfth position of the thirteen teams in the Nigeria National League 2022 Southern Conference Group B2 table with thirteen points from twelve games after the first half of the season.
“Despite the team not being in the position we want we’re still putting everything into it and with the preparation going on, I can see the whole team on high spirit as the second round will be better than the first in terms of performance and better welfare package for the players and staff,”
The President went on to praise the organist of the NNL, stating that there is “no perfect league” but their effort and what we have seen is duly appreciated and it can get better.
