Okaka Arrives For Udinese Medical On Tuesday

Nigerian-born Italy international striker, Stefano Chuka Okaka has traveled out of Watford, England to keep a date with medicals at William Troost-Ekong’s Serie A club, Udinese.

Sports247.ng gathered that Okaka has a strong possibility of becoming Troost-Ekong’s teammate this week, which would mean joining another Super Eagles star’s club, after spending time together with Isaac Success.

While Success is back to the mainframe at Watford, Okaka has not found the going easy in recent months, such that he is poised to now berth in Udine for the second half of the season.

However, Okaka is not going for a full transfer, as he is expected to put pen to paper on a six-month loan deal, with an option to purchase at the end of the season inserted into the agreement.

Udinese and Watford are owned by the Pozzo family and had invested in Granada before it was sold to Chinese businessman, Jiang Lizhang.

That accounts for how Success too has played for alll three clubs, with Okaka now billed to follow suit, back in Italy, where he has previously played for Roma, Modena, Brescia, Bari, Parma, Spezia and Sampdoria.
