Ahead of the fourth edition of the women-focused race, Ogun Women Run, organisers have unveiled a strong list of sponsors and partners set to contribute resources toward the successful staging of the event.
With the April 11 date drawing closer, the Managing Director of Brussel Sports Management Limited, Mrs Yetunde Johnson, revealed on Monday that the country’s apex sports administration body, the National Sports Commission (NSC), is playing a major role in ensuring the success of the race.

According to her, “the support we have received from the National Sports Commission and other partners shows the growing belief in the vision of the Ogun Women Run. Their involvement is helping us put together a race that not only promotes fitness but also celebrates and empowers women.”
She added that the host, the Ogun State Government, has continued to provide an enabling environment for the event, promising participants another exciting edition of the race.
Africa’s leading sports management company, Nilayo Sports Management Limited (NSML), is also among the list of sports and women-friendly brands supporting the initiative.
Other sponsors and partners include WAMUFAT FARMS, Three Crowns Plc, Aquafina water, Seven-Up Bottling Company, Oluwalogbon Electronics, and Body Secrets Limited.
Mrs Johnson expressed optimism that the growing support from reputable organisations will further strengthen the impact of Ogun Women Run, which continues to promote healthy living, empowerment, and community engagement among women.
