NPFL24: Insurance FC Survives In Savannah Tigers’ Jungle After 0-0 Draw

Bendel Insurance Football Club of Benin, on Wednesday, subdued Doma Utd of Gombe state to pick their first away point, after a goalless draw in the rescheduled Match Day Six of the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL).

The Benin Arsenals, conscious of the potential in the technically sound Doma Utd side who thrashed Gombe Utd 3-0 on Sunday, at the same Pantami stadium, approached the game courteously as goalkeeper Amas Obasogie and the defender’s Benjamin Tanimu, Sunday Anyanwu, Julius Emiloju, Stanley Okorom, including Sodje Stephens and Tamara Ezikiel were alive to their responsibilities in curtailing the roaring Savannah Tigers to survive in the savannah jungle.

Insurance FC lost 1-0 to Gombe Utd in the Match Day 4 encounter at the same Pantami stadium, Gombe did everything to avoid similar mistakes against Doma Utd in their second coming to the Pantami stadium.
