NPFL: BERNARD OGBE CALL IT QUIT WITH NIGER TORNADOES

The tactician who suffered another heavy defeat on Sunday against Katsina United made this known to journalists.

 

The woeful performance against the Changi Boys on Saturday is one of the Match Day 6 of Nigeria Professional Football League fixtures given the club as ultimatum by the Niger State government or shown the way out of the club but Ogbe decided to part ways with the club honourably.

 

The Coach met the vice chairman, Comrade Bello Auta, Club Secretary, Aliyu Muazu and Welfare officer, Awwalu Baba Idris before departing the the stadium on Sunday evening.

“I have already informed the club officials before the match, that whatever happens after this match I will tender my resignation letter and wade the club bye bye”

Club Vice Chairman, Comrade Bello Auta told the media department of the club “Coach Bernard Ogbe just informed us now that he has resigned his appointment as the technical adviser of the club”

“We wish him best of luck in his future endeavour”

Bernard Ogbe joined Niger Tornadoes of Minna at the commencement of 2018/2019 season from Mighty Jets.
