NPFL: Adeyemo can’t wait for Pillars test

Gombe United midfielder Bolaji Adeyemo has admitted that he is looking forward to facing Kano Pillars in the Northern derby.

 

The Savannah Scorpions host Masu Gida in the week four of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) at the Pantami Stadium on Wednesday.

And the former Niger Tornadoes ace has conceded that he can’t wait to line-up against Rabiu Ali and co.

“Playing against Pillars is something that everyone wants,” he told reporters. “They are the great team in the NPFL, and that is a big motivation. They are a great team and do things very well.

“There is a lot of competition in our squad though. That makes everyone prepare in the very best way possible.
