Ahead of their matchday 6 tie with Lobi Stars, Rangers International captain, Tope Olusesi has heaped praises on the away side.
Rangers have not lost to Lobi Stars at the Cathedral since 2019 picking up 4 points in a possible 6.
Tope while speaking with Rangers International media ahead of the tie said they will respect Lobi as they do for every other team.
“To me, the game is going to be a very good game because they are a good side and we respect them just as we do other opponents. We have decided to take every match as a cup final and the game against Lobi will not be different. We shall come out victorious on Sunday.”
Rangers and Lobi are currently tied on the same points on the log but Lobi are superior with a better goal difference.
The clash on Sunday at the Cathedral will be the first game between the two since June 2019 after the previous encounter at the same venue was canceled due to Covid-19.
