Osun United have debunked reports that the osun state club side have sealed a slot in the Nigerian National League set to start in some weeks time.
This was contained in a statement released by the team’s media officer, Tajudeen Ahmad today in Osogbo, Osun state capital.
Tajudeen Ahmad reiterated that negotiations were on going but no agreement had been reached yet as the Omoluabi giants are yet to have the finances needed to complete the deal.
The media officer lauded the efforts of the Osun State sport commissioner, hon. Yemi lawal and osun united board FOR not relenting on getting the team back to the NNL.
Reports say Osun United have been in negotiations with NLO clubside, Collins Edwin sport club of Lagos who secured the promotion tickets in an NNL promotion play-offs.
