Buruj Football Club is randomly selecting players who are gifted in specific positions on the field of play to fortify the team ahead of the Nationwide League One.
The club CEO Dr. Waheed Buruj when addressing the players after their friendly match against MKA FC in Ogun State said “It is time to showcase all that’s in you, expectations are on the rise from fans and our sponsors, you should understand that this is far from what you play in the academy as there is a huge task ahead which will be a stepping stone to greater accomplishment in your career.”
Speaking further on the number of players needed to solidify the team he said “Players needed in Buruj Football Club to join the already graduated players from the academy are 2 Goal Keepers 2 Right Backs 2 Left Backs 2 Defensive Midfielders 2 creative midfielders 3 Central Defenders 3 Strikers.”
The race has begun already, all hands on deck as the entire management, officials and players already get down to business.
