Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord have officially signed 18-year-old Nigerian-descent forward Emeka Okwunna Peters from Brentford’s U18 team.
Emeka Okwunna Peters, who joined Brentford from Fulham in 2023, had an outstanding 2024/25 season, finishing as the top scorer and assist provider for Brentford U18s.

He also featured in several games for Brentford B, scoring crucial goals, including a brace in a London Senior Cup semi-final and contributing in a 6–1 win over Tottenham U21s.
The promising attacker signed a contract with Feyenoord that runs until mid-2028. He will initially join the club’s U19 team, continuing his development in one of the Netherlands’ top football academies.
Brentford’s technical director Lee Dykes praised the move, calling it “a great step for Emeka at this stage of his career.” Peters, who is eligible to represent both Nigeria and England internationally, is yet to be capped at youth level.
His proud parents were present at the contract signing in Rotterdam, marking a significant milestone in his football journey.
Peters cites Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, and Michael Olise as inspirations and is known for his versatility, speed, and technical skill on both flanks.
The move reflects an ongoing relationship between Brentford and Feyenoord in youth development and talent transfer.
