Nigerian Football Community Celebrates Rev. Ikpea On His 53rd Birthday

Today, members of the Nigerian football community are in a convivial mood and in readiness to sing and dance in celebration of one of the colorful personalities in Nigerian football, Rev. Samuel Ikpea.

Rev. Samuel Ikpea, National Chairman of Nigeria Football Supporters Club clocks 53 years today, and football stakeholders cannot, but thank God for his life and also sing his praises.

Director-General of KIFA and former Chairman of Sunshine Stars of Akure, Prince Dapo Ajibade, thank God for the life of Ikpea. As he also prayed that God should continue to bless and protect him to His glory and the benefits of Nigerian football.

Bayo Olanlege, Chairman of Ekiti State FA was equally happy for Ikpea on his birthday. The youthful football administrator was effusive in praises. Olanlege describes Ikpea, as a very important stakeholder in the fortunes of Nigerian football. And prayed that God continues to bless him in all of his endeavors.

Other sports personalities including the CEO of Monimitchelle Sports Facility Company, Ebi Egbe, expressed their gratitude to God for keeping the awards-winning chairman of NFSC to this day. They also prayed that God grant him good health, long life, and prosperity, to the benefits of Nigeria and humanity in general.

According to the Public Relations Officer of NFSC, Barrister Dominic Ehimare, members of the club are pulling no stops in celebrating Ikpea. He added that there are plans to celebrate him in a carnival-like ceremony with lots of food, drink, and unlimited music at the national secretariat of the club.
