Dr. Mohammed Dlakwa Football Club, otherwise known as DMD FC yesterday at the Confluence Stadium, Lokoja ,Kogi State confirmed their ticket to the planned Nigeria National League season ending Super eight(8) play off.

The Borno based side surprised their followers with a vital away win against host, Kogi United Football Club, in the final group A2 game, Northern Conference.

Therefore, Niger Tornadoes and DMD FC join Gombe United and El-Kanemi Warriors FC of Maiduguri as the four Northern teams that have qualified for the 2020/2021 NNL Super eight playoff, to be played on a date and venue soon to be confirmed by the league organizers.

Meanwhile, the final games in the Southern Conference groups B1 and B2 will be played on Sunday 22nd and Saturday 28th August, 2021 respectively at designated centres.

The four teams from the Southern conference for the play off will be confirmed after the final matches.
