Uchenna Kanu

 

During her time as a student at Southwestern University, Uchenna Kanu played football for the Southeast Fireteam. She was a member of the team for two years, during which time she played in 55 games and scored a collective 110 goals. Afterwards, she turned professional when she signed with Pensacola FC. For a short period of time she also played on Sevilla, a Spanish football team and a Swedish team called Linkopings FC. In 2014, Uchenna proudly represented Nigeria when she competed in the FIFA U-17 World Cup.

 

Onome Ebi

 

Onome Ebi started her professional football career with Omidrian Babes FC. She then went on to compete in both Australia and Europe. In 2008 she played with Bayelsa Queens, a Nigerian Women’s Championship team. During her time in Europe she was part of Pitea, a Swedish team, and also played for a Turkish team. From 2014 to 2017 Onome played on the FC Minsk, with a brief break to compete in the Chinese Women’s Super League.

 

The biggest acheivement in Onome’s football career is her participation in five tournaments of the World Cup.

 

Charity Adule

 

Charity Adule started her pro football career with Rivers Angels, a team in Port Harcourt. After five years playing with the Angels she went to the Bayelsa Queens, where she was a member of the team for three years. During those three years she competed in 40 games within the league. Within those 40 games she scored just under 60 goals.

 

Her success with Bayelsa Queens caught the attention of a professionlal scout that signed her to the Kazakhstan team. During her four years as a team member she helped them win the national league four times. She then left that team to play for SD Eibar.

 

Patricia George

 

Patricia George was born in Nigeria but raised in the U.S. She attended the University of Illinois, where she played on the college’s team. However, Patricia started playing during her high school years. She quickly turned pro after high school and college, and went on to play with the BV Cloppenburg, followed by SC Sand, a German Bundesliga team.

 

Rasheedat Ajibade

Rasheedat Ajibade started her career with the FC Robo, where she played for five years. She then moved on to Avaldnes, a Norwegian team she played for for two years. In the meantime, Rasheedat may be best known for her participation in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
