Madonna Favour Clocks Stunning 10.20s PB to Win 100m at Horned Frog Invitational

Nigerian sprinter Madonna Favour delivered a standout performance at the Horned Frog Invitational in Texas, storming to a new personal best of 10.20 seconds (+0.4) to win the men’s 100m final.

The University of New Orleans sophomore shaved a remarkable 0.18 seconds off his previous PB of 10.38s, signaling his rapid progress on the collegiate circuit and reinforcing his status as a rising star in sprinting.

Favour’s electrifying run saw him cross the line ahead of American sprinter Marcellus Moore, who finished second in 10.31s, while Jamaica’s Sanjay Salmon secured third place with a time of 10.39s.

The performance marks a major breakthrough for the young Nigerian, who has steadily improved his form this season.

His new PB not only places him among the top collegiate sprinters in the U.S. but also strengthens his credentials ahead of upcoming national and international competitions.
