The League Management Company, LMC, has officially released the football calendar for the kick off of the 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, and Aiteo Cup season.
In a letter sent to all NPFL clubs on Thursday duly signed by Salihu Abubakar, the Chief Operating Officer of the LMC was stated that the kick off date is scheduled for 13th January 2019 in an abridged league format ,while the Aiteo Cup is set to kick off on 23rd February 2019.
The Aiteo Cup state finals will be played in different states across the nation on 23rd, February 2019.
From The knockout stage starting from the round of 64 ,32,16,8 to the semifinals and finals will commence on the 6th March 2019 to run through to the 26th may 2019 were the final will be played respectively.
