Miles, who until recently held the same post with Aberdeen of Scotland, after working in similar roles with some other top clubs, will attend this month’s scouting programme in conjunction with a representative of FC Kristiansund BK of Norway

This much has been disclosed by fast growing Nigerian scout and players’ agent, Efemena .A. Isaac, A scout and Representative for 1863 Group with operations in the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, and Nigeria.

He disclosed further, “We are the representatives of Daniel Daga, David Nwachukwu, Shedrack Kaye, Silas Nwankwo, and many others.

“Over the years, we have done some credible jobs for many Nigerian players. This time, we are having a scouting tournament again in April, from 15th to 18th.”

Isaac went on to reveal specifics of the upcoming programme (This time we are collaborating with Stanique Football Academy), which he predicted will be better than all others brought in before it.

He added, “Last year, October, we did a programme in which we collaborated with Giant Brillas FC. We brought clubs from Europe, like Aberdeen of Scotland and Sport Republic of England.

“The owners of Southampton, Sport Republic, have three clubs – Goztepe of Turkey, Valenciennes FC of France, and Southampton of England.

“We brought them, they took some players. Some went to Aberdeen, where Jordan Miles was at that time their head of recruitment.”

Isaac concluded by throwing further light on the latest venture coming up this month, stressing that it will be a very explosive and rewarding experience.

He enthused: “This time we are bringing Jordan Miles as the head of recruitment at Leeds United of England, where he just got signed.

“So, we are bringing Leeds United and Kristiansund BK of Norway. We are looking forward to it, because we are inviting some of the best academies in Nigeria.

“It’s going to be a thrilling tournament because of the talents that are going to be showcased in the programme.”

Isaac pointed out that more future stars of Nigerian football will be produced during the four-day contest, which he said would turn out to be one with a difference in this part of the football world.
