Joke Elvis, who has maintained two clean sheets in four appearances this season, faced a critical moment in the first half’s added time when Crown FC was awarded a penalty.

The goalkeeper demonstrated outstanding reflexes to deny Ogunjobi Kamorudeen’s scoring opportunity from the spot, preventing what could have been an equalizer for the home side.

In a post-match interview with the team’s media, Joke Elvis expressed his commitment to giving his best for both team growth and personal development.

He highlighted the importance of concentration in penalty situations and credited his teammates for their support.

The goalkeeper expressed optimism about his continuous improvement and future impressive outings.

“Most times in Penalty situations, I just try to give hundred per cent concentration. Because, unlike real match situations where you have your defenders, in penalties, it’s you and your adversary alone and you get to make a decision”
