Falana’s journey began at Royal Godwin SA Football Academy, Akure, where his exceptional skills earned him recognition and a subsequent transfer to Inspire Sports Academy, where his growth and discipline on the pitch flourished.
According to the Academy’s Public Relations Officer, Oluwatope Ayokunle (Tubaba), Falana’s breakthrough is a reflection of “dedication, focus, and consistent performance.”
“Falana has worked incredibly hard to reach this level. His signing shows what’s possible when talent meets commitment. He was also among the players shortlisted for the Viareggio Tournament in Italy due to his impressive displays,” Ayokunle said.
He further revealed that several players from Inspire Sports Academy have already completed professional transfers abroad, with more signings expected ahead of the winter transfer window.
Before securing his international move, Falana showcased his goal-scoring prowess at the 1XBET Cup, netting twice in the knockout stages.
Meanwhile, the Inspire Junior Team (ISAGT) is gearing up for the final of the Lagos State 1XBET Community Cup 2025, where they will face Ikorodu City on Thursday, October 16. The winner of the highly anticipated encounter will walk away with a ₦10 million cash prize.
Inspire Sports Academy continues to expand its nationwide scouting network, with upcoming talent discovery programs planned across Edo, Ondo, Delta, and other states before the end of the year — reaffirming its commitment to nurturing Nigeria’s next generation of football stars.
