Nigeria’s Immaculate Daniel continued her encouraging start to the indoor season with another composed performance at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational, finishing third in the women’s 60m.

The Illinois State Redbirds sprinter opened her campaign in the heats with a solid 7.43s, comfortably booking her place in the final.
She returned later to clock 7.46s in the final, securing a podium finish in a competitive field and once again demonstrating her growing consistency this season.
The race was won by Lia Love, who posted a season-best 7.35s, while Holly Duax followed closely in second with 7.43s.
Despite narrowly missing out on a higher finish, Daniel’s ability to deliver similar times across both rounds highlighted her stability and race execution at this early stage of the indoor campaign.
For Daniel, the outing adds to a series of steady performances that suggest she is gradually finding her rhythm.
With each meet, the Nigerian sprinter continues to build confidence and momentum, positioning herself well as the indoor season gathers pace.
