Gernot Rohr Becomes A German Citizens After 35 Years

The Technical adviser of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has finally been officially issued a German passport after thirty five years of giving up his citizenship.

 

Rohr , who was Born six over decade ago in Mannheim, southwestern Germany , was supposed to be duly qualified citizen as he was born in the country and through his parents.

 

Rohr as at then fortified his German citizenship some thirty five years ago to hold on to French citizenship because at that time the law did not make provision for dual citizenship.

The former Bayern Munich player has now gotten an official clearance as a Franco German.
